How long will delivery take?

  • Standard delivery for Australia: 1-5 business days for metro addresses, 3-7 for country.
  • Express Delivery will be delivered the next day, as long as the order is placed before 11:00 a.m. 
  • International deliveries usually take between 3-10 business days.
  • Delivery may take longer at peak periods

How much does shipping cost? 

  • Standard delivery within Australia is free.
  • Express delivery to Australia is A$12.
  • International delivery is a flat A$25 with no express option. 

Where is my order?
Please check your inbox to track your order and for status updates. 

Will I have to sign for my parcel?
No, you will not need to sign for your parcel unless it is a large order.  Certain large orders may require a signature, so it may be advisable to have these sent to a business address.

What will happen to my order if I am not home when it is delivered?
If you are not at home, the parcel will be left at in a suitable location at your home.  If no suitable location exists, then the parcel will be taken to your local Post Office and a card will be placed in your letter box.

Where will my items be shipped from?
Sydney.

Will you deliver to my work address?
If your nominated delivery address is your workplace, please ensure you add the business name.

Can you deliver to a P.O Box?
Yes.

What if my order is damaged?
If an item is damaged, please complete the return request form within 7 days of delivery. To do this, click "My Account" at the top of any page, then sign in or create an account. Next, click on "Completed Orders" and follow the prompts. Please then send the item(s) back to us with 30 days of delivery.

What if I was sent the wrong item(s)?
If you were sent the wrong item or items, please complete the return request form within 7 days of delivery. To do this, click "My Account" at the top of any page, then sign in or create an account. Next, click on "Completed Orders" and follow the prompts. Please then send the item(s) back to us with 30 days of delivery.

Can I pick up my item from Green Thread in person?
Sorry, no. Maybe some time in the future we will offer this.
