We have a very simple policy - free shipping within Australia, and absolutely no quibble returns.
If you're inside Australia, a flat fee of AU$5 applies.
If you're outside Australia, a flat fee of AU$20 applies.
Prices shown include GST and free standard delivery.
Shipping within Australia
Standard delivery
- We use AusPost for our delivery. Most orders will reach you within 3 - 5 days.
- Some rural areas may take a little longer and please allow extra time at peak periods.
- Upon placing your order you will receive status updates of your delivery and a tracking ID with a link to AusPost if you require further detail about your delivery.
- If you place a large order, you may be required to sign for your package. We recommend having the package delivered to a location where someone will be available to sign for it, such as a business address.
Shipping outside Australia
- All international deliveries will incur a fee of AU$0..
- Delivery times will vary, but should be around 5 -10 days.
Returns
Returns could not be easier.
- If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we will gladly replace it, refund it, or give you a store credit (your choice).
- Simply complete a return request form within 7 days of delivery, then send the item(s) back to us within 30 days of delivery.
- To do this, click on "Sign-in" or "Register" at the top of any page look for "Completed Orders".
- At this time, we're not able to pay for your return mail. Maybe when we're bigger!
